Services
Rental Rates
Rates include Rental fee, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) with excess, VAT/TAX, local Port or Airport Surcharge, Contract fee, but exclude fuel.
Cross Bordering & Territorial Restrictions
Special written permission from EUROCAR Rentals is required before taking a vehicle beyond the borders of Albania. The Renter should purchase an International Motor Insurance (Green Card).
CDW & TP Insurance – Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Protection
is included in the rental rate and limits the liability of the Renter, up to the amount of the excess left as deposit, for damages caused to the vehicle, such as scratches, dents, other exterior damages, windows/windscreen/glass breakage, vehicle partial of full theft.
TPL – Third Party Liability Insurance
Third-party liability insurance is compulsory and covers the Renter liability for the damages caused to the third-party vehicle in the event of a collision.
Age & Driver’s License
The minimum age for drivers is 23. Drivers under the age of 25 cannot drive vehicles of higher than A–Mini or B–Economic Car Category. The maximum age for drivers is 75. Drivers must be in possession of a valid license. Driving clients are required to have their driver’s license in their possession all the rental period. For non-EU, USA & Canada citizens, an international driving license is required.
Full Risk Protection
It is complimentary insurance applied over the CDW & TP INSURANCE to be paid in advance. In case of an accident, it protects from claims made against scratches, dents, or other exterior damages and offers the reimbursement of the excess for damage (excluding administration fees) to be paid as a result of a claim on the CDW & TP whilst renting the vehicle. It includes also: Towing fees, Unlimited Mileage within the Republic of Albania territory, Wheels, and Tires.
